Simple terms.

You buy store credit, then spend it on jobs. Top up once, then top up again when your balance runs low. Each job shows its typical pence cost and maximum before you start; only a finished result spends store credit. Any balance left over stays available for another job. No subscription.

What you receive

Each job promises one finished result, described on its own page before you buy. Everything is written from the material and answers you supply. Unfussed does not verify facts you provide and does not promise sales, replies, or any particular outcome.

What Unfussed is — and is not

Unfussed is self-help software operated by Appaya Ltd. It is not a law firm or a firm of solicitors, is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or any other legal regulator, and does not give legal, financial or tax advice. Jobs produce drafts and general information from the material you supply. Nothing is checked against your wider circumstances, nothing is filed, served or sent on your behalf, and no result is a promise of any outcome. For a complex, urgent, high-value or disputed matter, take independent advice — Citizens Advice is free.

Your responsibility

You must own or have permission to submit the material. Read every generated statement before you publish or send it.

If something fails

Your balance is spent only when a result is delivered. If a job fails, that job is not charged. If no result has been delivered from that payment, we refund its unspent balance; otherwise it stays available for another job.

If the result isn't what you wanted

A change is another run of the job, charged like any other run, out of the store credit already on your balance — not a free extra. Tell us what to change and we will redo it. We do not refund a completed job because you would have phrased it differently.

Unspent store credit

You can ask for unspent store credit back within 14 days of buying it and we will refund it to your original payment method. Once store credit has been spent on a delivered result, that part is not refundable. After 14 days, store credit cannot be exchanged for money.

Cancelling

You normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Before each job starts, you actively confirm:

I want Unfussed to start this job now. I understand that once the result is generated I lose my right to cancel that job. Unspent store credit stays refundable for 14 days.

Availability

Only the jobs shown as available on the home page are services you can buy. Anything listed as not yet built is not a service and cannot be purchased.
