Who we are

Who else processes it
Cloudflare hosts unfussed.me and stores everything below — the material you submit, the result, your balance and job records, and any photograph you upload — as our processor, under a data processing agreement, only for that purpose. Stripe takes payment for a top-up; we receive a payment reference, not your card details. Stripe also acts as an independent controller of the payment data it collects, for its own fraud-prevention, security and service-improvement purposes (including training its own models), under Stripe's own privacy policy — that part is between you and Stripe, not something we instruct. Anthropic is the AI provider that generates your result from what you supply (see AI processing, below). Resend sends the one-time sign-in code and your cancellation-rights confirmation by email.

Retention
Jobs created but never paid for are deleted after one day. Completed and failed job content is redacted after 30 days. Names you have typed are cleared on the same 30-day timetable, each on its own terms. “Touched” and “activity” below both mean a job inside it was last updated — created, generated, retried or revised, whether that attempt succeeded or failed — not specifically a finished result, and not renaming the conversation or project itself. A conversation's name is removed once every job inside it has gone 30 days since it was last updated this way, even if the project around it is still busy; a project's name resets to “Untitled project” only once the project is more than 30 days old and no job inside it has been updated for 30 days, so a project you keep adding jobs to keeps its name for as long as you use it. A project with no signed-in owner is deleted outright, not just renamed, 90 days after the last such activity inside it; once you sign in, your projects are kept until you delete them. Sign-in codes are deleted the day after they expire or are used, and a sign-in session is deleted the day after it ends — whether it ended because you signed out or because it reached its 30-day limit. Payment and ledger records are kept only as long as accounting, fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations require.
AI processing
What you supply is sent to Anthropic solely to generate the result you requested, under commercial terms that do not permit training on it. Anything you submit is treated as untrusted data and kept separate from our own instructions, which is designed to stop text inside a listing or an answer from redirecting the system. No such measure is absolute, so please read every result before you rely on it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email privacy@unfussed.me and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Your choices
Please do not submit sensitive personal information. A result is reachable in two ways: by the unguessable checkout link issued to you, which you should treat as private, and by signing in at unfussed.me/account with the email you paid with. There is no password — we email a six-digit code that lasts ten minutes and works once. You can end a sign-in session from that page, on the device you are using or on every device at once.
